Support Optometry

Your Current and Future Scope of Practice Hinges on Your Support of MOAPAC and AOAPAC

MOA leaders are ensuring that optometry is being heard loud and clear by Michigan lawmakers right now.  With term limits in Lansing there will always be a need to continue to educate state legislators about the profession of optometry.

Every MOA doctor and student can help educate their Senator and Representative about optometry by responding to your GO! (Grassroots Optometry) Team Leader, investing in MOAPAC and AOAPAC and responding to MOA and AOA Legislative Alerts.

Moapac

As the role of state government continues to expand, it is vital to the profession to support candidates seeking office who understand the issues facing optometry.  In an era of term limits, and continuous turnover in the Michigan legislature, MOAPAC's work is never done and needs ongoing support to help keep your voice loud and clear at the Capitol.

Like MOAPAC, AOAPAC works tirelessly to support candidates seeking federal office who understand the legislative issues facing optometry.  Because the composition of the U.S. Congress changes frequently, AOAPAC's role must be a continuing one.  Click here to contribute now!
