Last year, over 1,200 ODs, opticians, and paraoptometric staff attended MOA events across the state of Michigan.

Established in 1896, the MOA offers resources, industry information, professional education opportunities, peer connectivity, and support through our continuing education (CE) events, magazine, peer networking, and other activities. MOA's Partner Program maximizes your company's exposure and aids in attracting customer loyalty with the opportunity for year-round recognition and relationship building. Your support and sponsorships help the MOA to provide education, information, and services to over a thousand doctors of optometry, optometry students, and paraoptometric professionals across Michigan.
Michigan Optometric Association Suitcasing and Outboarding Registration Policy
Suppliers of equipment, products, or services to the optometric/ophthalmic industry may have an interest in attending MOA events, but not as an exhibitor or sponsor. MOA offers a specific attendee registration for Non-Exhibiting Suppliers (NES). The primary goal of this policy is to protect paid exhibitors'/sponsors' investment in an MOA event. The Non-Exhibiting Supplier registration fee is $1,000/person. Any non-exhibiting supplier who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles, CE sessions, in other public spaces, in another exhibitors' booth, or in violation of any of the rules and regulations for MOA events will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may apply.

If your purpose for attending an MOA event is to assess the show to determine if you want to exhibit at the next MOA event (Fall Seminar - Oct. 7-8, 2020), MOA will apply 50 percent of your Non-Exhibiting Supplier registration fee to the next scheduled MOA event, based on availability and published exhibiting and sponsorship rates. (NOTE: This offer applies to one registration per company, for one company representative only.) You must contract for space by the deadline of the next subsequent MOA event; fees are non-refundable if space is not contracted, or contracted and subsequently canceled.
