We hope you will join us for the 2025 MOA Fall Seminar on October 15-16, 2025 at the Lansing Center in Lansing, Michigan.  Fall Seminar will offer optometrist and paraoptometric attendees two days of continuing education courses, an exhibit hall offering the latest and most relevant products, technologies, therapeutics and services, and an evening reception.

We encourage all of our exhibitors to participate in our theme.  More info to come as a decision on a theme is made!

Exhibit Hall Management Provider

Art Craft will serve as our exhibit hall manager.  Basic electricity is provided by the MOA if pre-ordered using the booth selection form.  If you require additional equipment or services, please use the Exhibit Kit below for details and to contact Art Craft directly.  You can order online or download forms within the kit.

Exhibit Booth Selection

Booth selection has begun! We will offer booth selections to exhibitors based on the date registrations and payment are received.  Please watch for "MOA Fall Seminar Booth Selection and Additional Information" email. 

Cancellation Policy

Exhibit booth applications may be canceled, less a $50 administration fee, if notice is received by the Michigan Optometric Association no later than September 8, 2025.  All cancellation requests should be submitted online.

MOA Photography and Video Consent Policy

Consent to Use Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, Michigan Optometric Association (MOA) meeting and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to use and distribution of the registrant or attendees image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by MOA.

Additional Policies

The MOA requests that supporters of the MOA events do not schedule company-sponsored outside events during conflicting times set on the event agenda.

No outside food is to be served at your booth.  Any food being served, must be coordinated and purchased through Donna Roy at the Lansing Center.  Please visit the Lansing Center website for menu items available.
