MOA staff will confirm that the appropriate member level is selected based on your eligibility criteria. MOA staff will follow up within 1 business day of application submission. If approved, an invoice will be sent by email that includes membership dues for both MOA and AOA rates.

Please note: No person who is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) as of June 25, 2005, or who joins an affiliate (such as MOA) of the AOA on or after June 25, 2005, shall be allowed to be a member of the affiliate but not the AOA.
